Just an annual reminder of how you will receive Inclement Weather Updates should a weather situation arise. In the event that the office needs to close due to inclement weather, you should log in to the site http://update.demac.com/ for an office status update. In most cases a decision will be made and the website will be updated as early as possible, but no later than 6:30am. We will also send an email to your @demac.com account, but please use the website as your main reference for information. Keep in mind that in the past D&M has remained open except for extremely icy conditions. In the event the office does not close and you feel uncomfortable coming in due to the conditions, PTO should be used.

Due to severe winter weather we will have a delayed opening. We are authorizing you to use up to four hours of WE today.

If you feel uncomfortable coming in at all due to conditions, please use eight hours of PTO on your timesheet.
